常见报错：
-1022 Signature for this request is not valid：通常是参数顺序或字符编码不一致。
-1021 Timestamp for this request is outside of the recvWindow：本地时钟与服务器时钟差超过 5 秒，需对时。
-2015 Invalid API-key, IP, or permissions for action：Key 没开对应权限或 IP 不在白名单。
五、Rate Limit 与 WebSocket 心跳
Binance 对 REST 接口按权重计费，默认 1200 weight / 分钟。每个接口的 weight 在文档里都有标注，下单类接口通常 1，账户类接口 5-10。
超限会返回 429，连续超限会被临时封 IP（10 分钟到 24 小时不等）。
